Failed to create d3d device

Hi, I want to go 3D on my 3D LED HDTV. Its 1080p HD. So I ran the setup wizard but when I click next, It quits and gives error "Failed to create d3d Device". When I googled it, Everyone solved it by re-installing windows. I have a slow pc and theres too much data in drive C. So I cant clean install a windows, please tell me what should I do. Thanks!

i suggest you do a fresh windows install ... your system is probably too cluttered

or that, yes... either way if your system is probably too clutered

you will have higher loading times... unless you use an ssd
