Failed to find default engine .ini file to retrieve My Documents subdirectory to use. Force quitting.

I've download Batman arkham knight in skidrow. And i waited for weeks to finished it and this message "Failed to find default engine .ini file to retrieve My Documents subdirectory to use. Force quitting." appear when i run the crack.
This is the steps i do when installing the game.
1.) I downloaded the game and install it.
2.) I download the crack and paste it to (C:\Program Files (x86)\Batman Arkham Knight\Binaries\Win64). The crack contains Batman AK.exe, CPY, steam_api64.dll.
3.) Then i run Batman AK.exe and this message appear "The program cant start because PhysX3Common_x64.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
4.) I search and download that missing file and i run the Batman AK,exe again and that "Failed to find default engine .ini file to retrieve My Documents subdirectory to use. Force quitting." appear.
Running the Batman AK.exe file as administrator doesnt work. I tried to open the original Batman AK.exe (Not the crack) it always lead me to steam and its says that it is suspended forever. I know i didnt buy the game but im just a kid and my parents doesnt even bother to buy me a PC games.. etc. Any help and suggestion would be appreciated.
