[SOLVED] Failed to read disk. Error 23

Hey, so I was trying to migrate my partition from my old HDD to my new SSD using minitool partition wizard. The software told me that they were going to boot my computer and to not intrrrupt the process. It has been almost 40 minutes and I'm stuck with the constant reappearing of the text "Failed to read disk. Error: 23 LBA: (random number that keeps increasing).

have you ran any tests to make sure the old hdd isnt failing? crystaldiskinfo will give you a quick report on the health of the drive.
