Question failing psu?

this is a ne wpsu, less than a month. from day one when i restart or shut dowm i have hd to manually slip the switcfh off to get it to powe back up. and so,etimes i woul get lines across the screen, u=iu read that coulbe ab indication of improper voltage in the hdmi port. and now there is n output from mt gpu (gtx2060 super

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
