[SOLVED] Fails to factory restart

I am trying to factory restart my laptop. When it starts up it goes to the acer logo then to a black screen in a loop. I alt f10 then try factory resetting and it fails around 46% or so everytime. There is no saved point to system restore to and I don't have a disc drive to do it with the disc. Any ideas?

easiest to do a clean install if factory reset fails. Also put you on a way newer version of win 10 at same time

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

boot from installer
