[SOLVED] Faint horizontal stripes across monitor

One day I started to notice faint Green stripes across the monitor. First they had a big gap between them and were very visible but then after a while the gap became smaller and the lines fainter.
I noticed that turning down the refresh rate causes the lines to become even more fainter. I didn´t do anything to the monitor. I would be helpful for any help because it is very hard to send the monitor back during corona .
I already have reseted my monitor´s settings , updated drives and cleaned my pc

list all parts in system and how the monitor is connect to pc like hdmi or dvi also made sure it is set on right input to the kind of connection you use did you try another gpu in case .

It is connected by display port. I tried to turn it on without the connection to the gpu and the lines still appeared when it said "no signal".
I have tried other cables and connected it through two ports but the lines still appeared.

If you are still seeing the fault with nothing connected to the monitor (not even a cable), then it sure seems the issue is the monitor. The only other possibility I can think of is a ground hum issue (electrical). Try the monitor by itself on other outlets in your home that are entirely different circuits. If you have the issue everywhere else, your monitor is the issue. If it's okay on different circuits, then it seems you have an electrical issue with your outlet.
