i cant do higher is in pc right now if i take it off i have no screen if u cant read il take it out and try to make photo

Resolution is still too low. Text on it has to be readable. Can you read it yourself?
And clean off thermal paste from gpu chip.
Need to see only chip area (not entire card).

Even if you could find a working BIOS for this GPU, which is very difficult considering how much the thief modified this GPU in the first place, it'll be a cheap, 15-year-old GPU and you'll get better performance from whatever you're using now to access this forum, including your phone.
