Fallout 4 Aspect Ratio Problem

Alright, so I have a monitor that uses a 5:4 aspect ratio at 1280 x 1024. Apparently, Fallout 4 doesn't support 5:4/4:3 aspect ratios; everything in the game is stretched vertically, most notably the crosshair on the HUD. Neither can I see the lockpicking (which is very peculiar). I would like to know how to see the game normally in fullscreen with my 5:4 aspect ratio.

I must tell you... This doesn't help at all. You can't change aspect ratio in .ini and there's no way to play it fullscreen looking normal with a ini tweak

Mod allows easy custom tweaking of resolution in fullscreen or windowed. Might need to update your field of view to match new size. This post has some values for fallout 3 FOV according to ratio.
