FALLOUT 4 fps

im getting 23 fps in the city on a top of a building,
literally it un playable to me and settings are set on hgh preset. i run a fx 6300 at stock speeds and a gtx 780 sc 3 gb. imk pretty sure the 6300 is causing a bottleneck. i just installed the new driver 359 from nvidia. still horrible fps. and random drops too

Yeah ive seen quite a few threads lately with people having severe issues with this game and amd processors, starting to look like a pattern.

Im not having any issue staying above the 60fps mark in fallout 4 but ill try to help you out anyhow.
