fallout 4 gtx 1060 30 fps

i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
GTX 1060 6GB and 760 4gb(physics)
16gb g skill ddr3
my drivers are up to date
was playing fallout 4 with fps in the range of 120-90 and now the game is capped at 30 fps. i tried lowering setting and same exact fps as ultra
am using 1080p gysync

You could try running DDU in safe mode then reinstalling the latest driver. It is possible something got corrupted in your driver.

You have to edit the text file in FO4's directory from memory, google a guide for it, quite easy.

Fallout does this from time to time nothing wrong with your hardware.
I guess it was locked to 30 fps for the consoles and they borked the porting.
