Fallout 4 Health bar missing

Sooo i went to the difficulty setting and i change the difficulty to survival just to see what it's like then i noticed the health bar missing so i turn the difficulty back to medium and the health bar is still missing pls help

Try typing tm into the console, that hides and shows the hud, and don't worry if the hud disappears just type tm again (the console is gone too)
