fallout 4, is there a fps tool i can view real time fps

I have fraps and it does not cover over fallout so was wondering if theres any programs like it that will show me frames per second in rewal time. also I don't use steam its fps wont work either

MSI afterburner using Rivatuner or EVGA Precision using Rivatuner.
MSI afterburner is easier to navigate.
You need to go into the settings and turn on what data you want shown under "monitoring" tab.
