Fallout 4 Nuka World Hair Dyes Missing

Like the title says the new hair dyes from Nuka World aren't showing up in my game. I've noticed that it seems to be an issue that a minority of players are experiencing, and despite my best use of the Google machine I can't seem to find a solution anywhere.

It's a common problem right now and nobody seems to have a fix for it as of yet.
Lurk around on /r/fo4 for a solution, someone'll already be working on a hotfix.
