My rig a8 6600k
r7 260x oc edition
8 gb of ram
30 or below stuttery fps in villa. Why is this it run fine almost everywhere else in game. Please help!

It's about on par with the Fx 6300 for single threaded programs and my brother seemed to get steady frame rates in comparison to mine. I know it isn't the best but it's far above the recommended settings of a dual core of 2 GHz. It just really bugs me how I can get 45-60 everywhere else in game on near highest settings yet I can't run this even at a stable 40 at medium settings. Kind of aggravating since I just built my PC, do you think having windows 8.1 as an OS has anything to do with it or having 80 hrs on my save file.

any one else got any answers I finished the dlc but it was pretty annoying knowing the game itself isn't demanding yet it kind of ran like crap on a system that far surpasses the recommended specs.

"It's about on par with the Fx 6300 for single threaded programs", no.

More like a fx 4300.

It's just a buggy ass game, there are plenty of tweaking guides out there.

You would need to edit some stuff to make it playable on your system.

For single threaded programs, bro ham it's on par with the fx 6300 and step above the 4300 in both single threaded and multi-threaded tasks. Any ways I guess I will just take your advice and live with it.

I dunno, looks pretty equivalent to the 4300 to me...

You're right not sayin your were not, it's just a step above (granted it is very small step) for single threaded tasks than the 4300 but almost on par with 6300 for single threaded as well. Thanks for your input, of course none of these have anything on something like an i5 3570k for single threaded processes. #MyBudgetForMyPcWasSmall. I guess you get what you pay for but I ended up building my rig for about 400 dollars. So, whatever.
