false usage on cpu

my computer is saying its always using 100% of my cpu, and its rounding up the numbers to make it 100% to random programs, like file explorer discord and taskexplorer could be using 50% of my cpu or up to 90% so i was wondering if there is a way to fix this '

I don't know a fix, but you should download a third party program to check if the extremely high cpu usage is actually a thing (due to malware or something), or just a bugg
