[SOLVED] Fan are working but no display

my system spec : i5 2400
R9 370 4GB( yes it does exist,search it)
ddr3 8gb 4x2 16000mhz kingston
Asus p8h61m lx
Cooler master MWE 500w


so a little backstory,i purchase this card on ebay for 50 dollar and i installed it on pc to replace my HD 6950 2gb. for couple week it work just fine, i was playing r6s when my pc bluescreen,so i shutdown and i tried to turn it on again but it never turn on again. i thought it was my psu but my when i tried HD 6950 again it work just fine which is more power hungry card.The last temp of the r9 370 was 75c. the fan still spinning fast but no display.

how can i fix this probem?

Going from the info you have provided, i'd say the new gpu is borked, any chance of testing it in a different system?

Alternatively you could try to connect your screen to one of the mobo inputs and boot from there and see if the card still pops up in device management

i had a similar issue with a secondhand r9 280x (it was broken)
