Fan Arrangement for 100r build?

Apologies for my art skills, this is my current fan setup for my Corsair 100r (blue - case fans, green - cpu fan). Currently I'm achieving negative pressure, and was wondering what the best fan setup is in you're guys's opinion. In the front I have a 140 and a 120, top and back have 120s. I have the CPU fan facing up. Also with a 390x any way to improve airflow would be appreciated.

personally i would have the cpu fan face the air flow from the case i.e. front to back. is the pc also of the floor and a few inches from a wall at the back
