I'm buying a new case that has a place behind the motherboard where I can mount a fan... Should this be intake or exhaust?

This is the case:

Solution
It's 20mm of clearance, so there's going to be a lot of fans that just won't fit with enough room to move air, if they aren't also hitting the bottom of the mobo.

If you can get a fan that fits, I'd go with a static pressure intake, to push cool air under the motherboard. As an exhaust to suck the hot air from under the board, it might not work against the negative pressure it would generate.

I'll give that a try when I get it. Thank you!
