Fan Blow Direction

I read on this forum that the CPU fan should be blowing hot air out of the heatsink.

Here is a screenshot of my current computer fan setup. I can't face my fan the other way around either because there are no drill holes on the other side, I don't have a drill either.

I'm not sure what I should do at the moment, these are the options I've thought of.
Place two case fans at the top of the computer which blow cold air in, one case fan to the right side blowing cold air out.
Screw the stand for the CPU fan on the other side anyway and force it in, then install it on the other side.

What would you suggest in my case?
Thanks.

Your second pic is exactly how it should be configured.

Any top fans should be blowing out.
A side fan should be blowing in.
Any front fans should be blowing in.

You're trying to move air across the aluminum fins of the cooler.
Blowing through them is the default config.

I'd guess that 90%+ CoolerMaster 212 coolers are installed that way.

I guess I'd need to purchase a left side fan for this heatsink for it to blow the other way or use someones drill and screw it in the otherside myself.
Thanks for your help.

??
I'm not quite sure what you mean but if the ARROWS are correct (which you can confirm with a piece of PAPER for airflow) then that's all correct.

In a case like this it should be:
a) Front as INTAKE to suck air in
b) CPU fan should always blow THROUGH the heatsink if only one fan, preferably towards the case fan exhaust
c) top exhaust fan should blow the hot air OUT of the case

So in general COOL AIR should be sucked in the bottom/front and be directed by the CPU fan THROUGH the heatsinks then the hot air should be blown OUT of the case.
