Hello, I just wanna ask if a case fan, that has 37 CFM, is enough. Found some people that say, that it is enough, but some said it is not. I found one case fan that has 104 CFM. I dont know if I should spend money on that or if the preinstalled case fan will be enough

There is no way to answer that other than by testing. If you have balanced in-flow and out-flow and your temps are good then it is enough.
You can test that by monitoring temps while gaming and then take the side panel off your case. Run the same game and compare temps. If your temps drop significantly (10C ) then you have an airflow problem. You might need more CFM or you might need to tune the fan speed of the fans you have. Remember more CFM means more noise.

You have to put that into a context. 104 CFM CFM fan pushes more air than 37 CFM fan (obviously) but either one could be or not be enough depending on many other factors.

It does not matter if you have a 10 CFM or a 100 CFM fan if your case choke the fans. Example: A case with solid glass panel in front that only leaves a tiny tiny gap for the fan to pull air from.

So to put it simple. Make sure you pick a case that support good airflow. Have 2 or 3 fans in front + 2 on top and 1 in the rear and you have more than enough airflow in the case.
When it comes to the fans. It was more important in the old days since you then had more single minded fans like either High pressure or High airflow fans.
Todays fans are more or less hybrids. Pick a fan from a well know maker and you are set.
