Fan Configuration with Corsair 750D and H100i

I'm planning to swap cases to a Corsair 750D from the Zalman Z11 Plus. I also then plan to get the H100i cooler as it won't fit in my current case. What I want to know is, is it best to mount the H100i radiator at the top of the case, and if so, which of all my fans should be intake/exhaust?
Altogether there will be the two front fans, the radiator fans and the single fan at the back of the case!

My 650D case and I was able to get the original top fan and the radiator and two bottom fans no problems !!

My ROG armor only had about 1/32nd space, but it fit all three fans...I was very happy.

I originally had the radiator on top and two fans sucking air in...too much dust.
Now all three are blowing out the top and no dust !!!
