Question Fan controller board has fried ?

I have Genesis Titan 750 case. On top of the case is a little fan controller thing but one day the little board that operates it fried, and now I always have to pray to somehow get the fans to work. Has anyone any ideas if a pc repair shop would fix this issue, or what do I have to do to fix it ? Really scared it will fry my components one day

Can't you connect fans to fan headers ob the MB ? How many wires on each fan ?
