Fan doesn't turn on ASUS G551VW

Hello,
It's been a while that i'm struggling with my laptop fan. it didn't turn on until the CPU temp reached about 80 C or even higher. so i had the thermal paste changed. but it didn't help.
now, after a month, it doesn't even turn on at high temperatures! also Speedfan doesn't recognize the fan. (it did before, about a month ago)
it shows a 10 digit number instead of a normal CPU fan rpm.
what happened? is the fan gone? how can i fix that?

You can try and see if there’s a fan control setting in the bios

I tried bios, there was no POWER tab there. So i couldn't find fan settings.
I also reinstalled windows and updated graphic driver but still nothing changed.
