Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. What driver version are you on for your GPU?

IMHO ..... If fans increase for no apparent reason something must be happening that you are not aware of.

You replied you did a scan but did not say what you used. Did you use malwarebytes , if not try it and if it finds anything do repeat scans until it finds nothing because it does not always find all segments of something on first pass.

Do you have defender set up to do periodic scanning because when that starts running it could be enough to make your set up work a bit harder and cause fans to kick in.

Have a look at what is in your start up menu ... i only have av and realtek sound card activated at start up.

Look in add/remove to see if you have anything installed that you dont know about.

I used malwarebytes, just ran it and it's all fine. I had some rat, maybe rootkit installed on my old pc, actually the two of them i had in my house. pretty much ran malwarebytes one day and it all froze, then i found someone else's profile in microsoft edge which i never used, all the kinds of stuff there with microsoft azure, someone's microsoft account. well then a person reconnects to my pc via remote control, starts doing something i dont see with the mouse, microsoft feedback popping up on my screen, my session crashes, i reboot and get set out of my system by a passwored microsoft account that (i only used local user). both my computers had been infected, possibly my phones too. i am currently sitting through my new computer

defenfer isnt scanning anything, the fan speeds up randomly, computer feels hot, and its just me playing a very light game i managed running with an integrated gpu. startup looks fine, although i havent looked into them with an app that would allow me to see all the possible hidden ones.

Well the game is really not that demanding, and whats with the fan getting all up suddenly, then just as suddenly slowing down, and it just repeats all the time
Your hub should be set up so that nothing can connect to it unless you give them the password.
If you have not let anyone onto you pc by clicking remote access for them to get in then i would be inclined to think you have been hacked. If you cant find software in add/remove that you dont recognise and cant delete other accounts i think it would be best to back up photos , docs and other stuff to a pendrive and do a clean install of windows.

I am curious as to how somebody else's accounts got on the pc , unless the machine is second hand and did not get personal data removed i would deffo say you have been hacked.

DONT do any online banking or shopping till its sorted.

I strongly recommend a clean install

So this keeps happening even when my pc is idle
Have you looked in add remove for stuff that you dont recognise and have you tried deleting details of other account that you say are not yours. I am surprised nobody else has joined in this conversation .... i still think you should save what you dont want to loose and do a clean install.

When the fans go faster open task manager / processes and at bottom left click fewr detail and it will make a list of exactly what is running without you having to scroll through everything.

Unless you do some of the things i have mentioned through out this thread i dont think i can assist you anymore.
