[SOLVED] Fan issue

Hello everyone I have a question about a new pre built pc I got 2 days ago. Since today something caught my attention. My case has 2 fans in the front. The lower fan works correctly, spins and shows rgb. But the upper fan does not work and does not show any rgb. If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

You'd mentioned that the issue had been solved. Perhaps if you could inform the community how you did so...? That would help users in the same boat as you(for posterities sake).

Yes of course. I followed the cable from the upper fan to see if there were any problems. Then I found out that the PWM Fan was not fully connected to the header which caused it to receive zero power. After that it was fully working again.
