Fan Life Expectancy

I just installed a Noctua f-12 on my heatsink. I have it on about 1350 rpm at the moment. I saw someone say Noctua has a life expectancy of 15000 hours. Do you think having it close to 100% all the time drastically reduces that life span? I am not bothered by the volume of my PC.

That can't be right, that's not even a year and it's warranty is much longer ! I have some much cheaper fans that are running non-stop full speed for few years.

you keep it until a) cpu get hot because fan is not keeping up b) fan starts making bearing noises.
