Fan making lots of noise and FX8350 high tempratures

Case: Cooler Master K380 Midi Tower
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 AMD 760G
Graphics: MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming Edition OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Cpu: AMD FX8350
CPU FAN: FX 8350 stock fan

The temperatures of my cpu are constantly 40c even while not doing much . On the other hand when im gaming the temperatures rise to 60-80 c.

The fan is also very loud .

Any suggestions ???

replace the stock cooler with at least a cooler master hyper 212, or ideally an all in one liquid cooler.

80C? Yeah that's not good. The max recommended temps on the 8350 is 62C lol
