Question Fan not controlled by motherboard, help!

Hi there,

I recently purchased these:

I installed them but on my motherboard there was no JRainbow1 or a 3 pin connecter for the MB Sync to connect to. My motherboard is the MSI B450 Tomahawk.
I managed to make the fans work and the lights come on and can be controlled by the reset buttons from the controller but it can't be controlled by MSI Mystic Light Sync.

Any help would be great, thank you.

The MSI B450 Tomahawk does not have a JRAINBOW connector for you to connect to, meaning the fans lights are not meant to be supported by your motherboard. It does have a JRGB connector, for LEDs, but thats for 12V, not 5V, so do not attempt.

Are you able to return it to the seller, in order to get a better product that suits your motherboard?
