Hey!

I currently have a MSI R5450 graphics card. This card has passive cooling, I recently overclocked the card and I was wondering if it was possible to put a fan on top of the passive cooling, to prevent overheating.
Does anyone have an idea if this could work, and how?

I would try to install a case fan that blows onto your graphics card. If not that, then there are some review articles on the web, and even this website, that show how to install a custom, jerry-rigged fan onto a GPU.
