Question Fan only has 2 screws for mounting, but motherboard only accepts 4 points.

I'm thinking of getting Scythe's Low-Profile Shuriken 3 cooling fan after swapping out the motherboard and CPU for i7-8700k on an Gigabyte Z390 I AORUS PRO motherboard. But it has 4 connection points for screws, one in each corner. Not 2 parallel with the CPU like most fans seem to.

Does this mean I can't mount it or does the fan come with some accessory to get around it?

the mounting bracket have four screws but the heat sink uses the two on the mounting bracket. just read a review and it should show you:

Okay that makes sense. My old fan doesn't have a mounting bracket of any sort, it's just screwed directly to the motherboard while the plastic plate on the other side is glued to it.
