Fan placement in corsair 270r

I'm looking for the best combination of fans for my pc case. I'm looking to put my first build in a corsair 270r mid tower case, it can have 2 fans on top, 2 fans in front and 1 fan at the back, with the motherboard I have chosen I am restricted to only one fan header not including the cpu fan header, to make up for this I will buy a 3 way splitter meaning I can only have 3 fans in this case. Can somebody tell me what they think would be the best layout for fans in this case. Thanks in advance

2 in the front as intake and 1 in the back as exhaust.
