Fan positions (Corsair 200R)

Hi

Currently I have my Hyper TX3 EVO fan pointing towards the GPU (with around 10cm clearance between the two) in my Corsair 200R. There is also a 120mm intake fan at the front of the case, and a 120mm exhaust fan at the rear. I've just bought another 120mm fan to go on the top of the case, and will have it in exhaust (so will pull the hot air from the heatsink and exhaust it out of the case???)

Also, is it OK to have the TX3 fan facing down, bearing in mind it's an AMD system?

That CPU heatsink isn't really in the greatest position. Position the heatsink and fan to the right and have it as an intake.

So have the fan next to the RAM, but still have the fan on the top of the case as an exhaust?

I'm not sure if I confused you, but the CPU fan is currently facing down, I was just wondering if this new case fan will bring the heat out of the heatsink (which would have been originally been brought in through the CPU fan) and exhaust it out of the case
