Fan problem in msi gs63vr

Hi!
I have a problem with the MSI GS63VR laptop fan. I replaced them with new ones, but they still don't work. I measured the voltage at the connectors and its on. What else can I do?

If they both fail with voltage to the fans thats odd. Try different versions of dragon centre, go to manufactor site and download original version after deleting it.

Upgrade bios and EC

If doesnt work get replacement fans from ebay/amazon or aliexpress use same part number

As I wrote, I exchanged them for new ones. I need a schematic or something so that I can find out where the fan power supply or temperature controller can be
