Question fan problem

so my back fan is very loud even with normal temp 50-60 and when im trying to change it on bios it says pump 0 rpm

motherboard is a MPG z390 gaming plus the cooler is h100i pro with radiador with 2 fans 120 mm

Where is the pump connected on the motherboard / what header?

i cant contral my fans trought bios speed fan nothing and theres one fan that shows 0rpm
