Question Fan Replacement

Stumble across this old thread (link). One of my fans (CPU Fan AAVID THERMALOGY PAAD06015SL N402) grease ran its course and now im looking to get a replacement since I can't grease it up myself w/o drilling into it. Im now looking into the Quetterlee this. Is it ok to go with this even tho its from a different brand AAVID

It doesn't matter if the brands are different. What matters is that the fan you're looking at is meant for your laptop in question. You should be good to go since it's stated to be a direct replacement to the N402.
