My fan jumps between 45%-75%
45% no load
75% load
Highest temp is 79°c
I'm just worried the fan is working too hard , because it sounds loud .

Solution
what GPU? what is the idle temp? I have mine set to hit 100% at 70°c lol
also i have a GTX 1070 so it can turn off the fans completely when idle but I have them set to never go under 50%

You can customize your fan curve and lower it if noise is a problem. For comparison I had an M17XR3 Alienware laptop and everyday I loaded up HWinfo and maxed my CPU and GPU fans they have spun at 100% for 6years. Of course it was off sometimes during those 6 years. but usually it wasn't off. sleeping without the sound of the fans was just too quiet.
On steam i have 9,273Hours logged so I can safely say my fans spun at 100% for at least 1.05 years. They're still working, although I got a new Desktop 21 days ago 😀

Simple answer
Your GPU will...

That's what the GPU is paid to do 😀

Your GPU will become outdated and obsolete way before your fans fail. That's what mine did.
