fan speed regulator with 5 fan support on AC?

Req:
5 Fan speed regulator that can be connected to laptop through USB
if not USB then the work-around to conneci it to AC is would be even better.
and if the fans gonna drain power from that panel, how to make it run on AC power as I have no Desktop PSU or motherboard!

Might I ask what you intend to do with having a fan controller wired to your laptop? It seems moot IMHO.

Regardless, you can take a look at this to wire a fan to a USB chord and you can have a read through this thread to introduce a regulator on that power source.
