fan speed xeon 1240v3

Hi Guys,

I am not trying to overclock .
the xeon that just bought 1240v3 has a stock cooler but noticed my temeperatues rising to 97 degrees when 100% load..
and noticed fan speed running at 1350rpm and stays the same when load 100% loaded?

I compared to my other pc
My other xeon pc 1230v3 doesn't have that problem running stock fan at 1700RPm when idle and 1850rpm when loaded abd temnperatures at 72 degres max

why is that and shall change somehow rpm of the fan and how ?

i installed fanspeed and it shows cpu fan speed:1700rpm while speecy detects it at 1350rmp?

my motherboard is Asrock b85m pro 3 maybe a bios update issue?

no 🙁 tried changing the thermopaste .. same story ..tried fullspeed mode of fans same thing..maybe downclocking it t0 3.3ghz instead of 3.4 ? anyone has any idea what should be done?
