Fan Speeds for i5-4670K

I just OC'ed my processor using OC Genie and had it cranked up to 4.0GHz. Should I max out the fans of my Cooler Master Seidon 120M manually in the bios? The fans still have a minimum rpm in the settings and temps reach 45 degrees.

Does the processor overheat when you load it up?

I'd set it at 40% in the BIOS and let it adjust as needed. If it isn't adjusting well then either raise it to 70/80% in BIOS or manually do so when needed in software.

I like to use monitoring software too. You can use Open Hardware Monitor or CPUID Hardware Monitor. These will show temps, fan speeds, and so on. Good to keep an eye on things.
