Question Fan spinning but fan speed show 0 in amd adrenaline

I have new nextron rx 580 8gb graphic card. GPU fan is spinning but in amd adrenaline fan speed always show 0 rpm

Please help me

Cpu: interl core i3 4150 3.5
Gpu- AMD - Nextron RX 580 8GB
Ssd: crucial MX 500 500GB
Ram - Kingston hyper x 1866 4 GB DDR3
MBD- o. e. m intel H81 (ant value gaming H81Mad3-N
Psu: crossair 550 Watts
Monitor-samsung television 43 inch model NU7090 Series.

All are in excellent working conditions.
My pc usage are rare. Hence it is remains in best conditions

Please do the needful.
 
If pc usage is rare then one thing that could be happening is that the pc is not fully up-to-date.

New pcs often require multiple updates once running and online.

Another problem is that, being new, that some connector, card, RAM, jumper, case connection may not be fully and firmly in place.

Power down, unplug, open the case. Clean out dust and debris.

Refer to the motherboard's User Guide/Manual and GPU documentation to double check that all connections are correct.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumper, case connection are fully and firmly in place.

Manually download the applicable GPU/fan software directly from the manufacturer's website. No third party installers or tools.
