Question Fanless laptop with fan error

I have an HP 15-db0010nr laptop with no cooling fan - it only came with a heat dissipation plate. I get a 90B fan error every time I turn on the laptop. I have done a hard reset, downloaded an updated bios and done a bios reset, I have replaced the thermal compound on the cpu. There is a place the fan would fit but no power port on the motherboard available for it. I'm at a loss what to do. Thank you.

Did you check in the Bios, is there a sub-menu where you can disable fan monitoring.

Yes I checked and no it does not.

No, that motherboard has a very obvious fan. I will take a picture when I am in front of it again - but it has no fan and no plug for the fan. I've been a technician for over 2 decades - I've changed out plenty of fans. This model does not have one, it has a heat shield only.
