Fan's not running or showing up in bios / HWmonitor

Power Supply: EVGA 750W Gold
OS:Windows 10
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77
CPU: i7-3770 Ivy Bridge
Memory: 16Gb CORSAIR Vengeance DDR3
Hard Drive:2 50GB Samsung SSD, 500GB Samsung SSD, (x2) 1 TB Western Digital HDD
Video Card: GTX 670

Installed new PCU like a month ago and just noticed today none of my case fans are working. My CPU, GPU, & MOBO Fan are all running perfectly fine though. Help!
