Fans on PC

Fans not working on PC what could be the cause?

Are they plugged in?

As far as I know they all there
How do you check?

You look at the cables coming out the fans and see if they are all plugged in.

Yep all there, the only thing I can see is a loose orange ata serial cable coming from the motherboard. CPU problem?
