Question Fans problem

So i decided to buy a new case for a build.
Problem is the motherboard in that build doesn't have any "sys fan" or "chs fan" connectors in it.
The case comes with 4 stock fans and a fan controller. How could I manage to make it fit ?
What type of connectors does an fan controller haves ?

Is the fan controller an analog controller (knobs or switches) that you can physically control?
If yes, all the fans plug into it and it should just need power from a 4-pin molex (or something like that).

Please list the model of fan controller you are using.
