I bought a case with 4 fans one on the back thats a 3pin and 3 in the front that they are 4pin.
I have a Aorus B450 board that have only 3pwm headers so one will be the cpu cooler one will be the back and one remains for the 3fans in front!
The case came with a splitter that goes to molex so the fans will work at 100%. I bought a splitter that takes the 3cables from the fans and goes to molex again but it has an extension to connect to the motherboard so it can fluctuate its speed! But still the fans are working 100% and i try everything! Any help!

Solution
OK, follow these instructions:

Make sure the Y splitter is connected correctly.
1) Connect all PWM case fans to the Y
- The Y has one connection which is labelled the "master" fan.
- The master fan must be a PWM fan.
- Any connected fans that are not PWM will run at 100%.
2) Connect the "sense" cable from the Y to a SYS_Fan header on the motherboard
3) Connect the 4-pin Molex power connector to the PSU.

If that doesn't work, then you have to check your Fan Control Settings in BIOS.

Im not 100 percent sure, but im fairly certain even with a PWM splitter, your motherboard wont be able tell the difference between all the fans. I would recommend buying a fan controller or hub of some kind.

According to your case link, the case comes with 2 fan splitter cables. One for RGB that connects with molex to the PSU, and one that connects to the the motherboard with 4 pins = PWM. Also look at picture 10 in your case manual.
The manual for your motherboard, found in your link above, states that all "all fan headers on this board are 4-pins". And pin 4 is PWM speed control.
The 3 fans connected to the PWM fan header via the splitter cable should run the same speed, and that speed is regulated by temp via PWM.

The one for the RGB connects to the motherboard's RGB header!
The splitter for the fans (All 3 of them in front are 4-pin) Have a splitter that connects with a molex!
I replace that with a splitter with one 4-pin header and a molex for power, but still 100% speed!
