Fans spin but no display

This is my first PC build, and when I turn it on every fan(PSU,GPU,case fan, and CPU cooler) all spin, but there is no display. I know that the monitor is fine because I hooked it up to my laptop and it ran fine. I have tried moving around the memory, but beyond that I am not sure what to do. Thanks

Hah this is almost comical. I had it working, and I booted to the bios and i got the point where it said to insert a proper boot drive to install Windows etc. I wqsnt reqdy to do this so i just powered it off. Now it won't ev3n turn on, when I press the power button literaly nothing happens
