Question Fans spinning but no display (GTX 1060 3GB)

Hello there, my GPU stopped working all of sudden and there's no display at all when connected to GPU but the display comes on when I connect to the motherboard. However the fans are spinning at the first 30 seconds and then stops. I connected GT 720 (which has no PSU connector to it) and the display comes on! Could it be my graphics card being dead? Should I RMA it? Please let me know if theres anything else I can do before RMA'ing it. I don't have another PC to test my GPU. I just have a GT 720 to test on my motherboard which works fine.

Try different output(etc.VGA,DVI,Displayport) if it not working try to clean your GPU Socket with Eraser if it not working too it mean your GPU is Dead
