Hi,

The problem occured recently after my monitor broke (fell of the table)

-Fans of the videocard are spinning, LEDs are lighting, but no signal
-Wont boot into bios
-But if I remove the videocard or replace it with another one - everything works
-Using the same HDMI cable for malfunctioning videocard and the working one
-The PSU is A-tier and of sufficient power

Please help

There could be the possibility that when the monitor fell it pulled the cable and damaged the gpu. This could range from just the hdmi port to something more serious.

Do you have a different hdmi socket on the card you could try or alternatively try a display port?

Its definitely not the hdmi issue unfortunately, as the absense of signal is due to the computer not booting into bios when the videocard is plugged.

More info:
During the day while I was testing it randomly worked. Then I restarted the computer and it stopped working again. I think its some kind of a surge issue, since the monitor damage happened to its internal thin wide metal cable/veil part.

Could it be that videocard has a surge protection triggered and now doesnt want to accept power from the power supply or something?

how old is the PSU, the PSU may have been able to provide enough wattage when it was new, but if it is sufficiently old (I doubt it, but it doesn't hurt to rule it out as being the cause of the issue) it may not be able to provide enough wattage.
