Question Fans stopped after installing new SSD?

I installed a samsung 860 EVO this morning and have had trouble with the CPU and case fans ever since. The case fan I've gotten running, but the CPU fan will only spin briefly on starting up and then completely stop. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Which Mobo headers are your fans connected to? A pic inside the case would help , as would the rest of your specs

I think I managed to fix it when I opened the case back up for a picture, tried switching which sata the ssd was plugged into again and it's working fine now.
