Fans visible through case?

I know it may seem a stupid question but as many of us do; I like it when the build looks good.

I am planning on purchasing some Noctua NF-F12 fans (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-case-fan-nff12pwm) to replace the stock ones in my liquid cooling (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-cw9060025ww) simply because the stock ones are a bit noisy and I know Noctuas great reputation.

My only concern, wanting the build to look nice, is the colour of the fans. Would you recommend spray painting them to the colour I want or will I not be able to see them through the top of the case (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-case-phes515pbk)?

I would not suggest painting any fan blades. you can throw the fan off balance and the entire point of the nice noctuas would be for naught.
I doubt that you'll see them from the case.
How much time to you stand above the case staring down?

You wont see them from the top of the case, as they are mounted on the under side of the cooler. You will see them internally.
However, if you want noctua level performance while they still look nice, get Noctua industrial fans: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-case-fan-nff12industrialppc3000pwm
